BentoBoard is an all-in-one productivity personal operating system. Operating as the sole founder, I designed, built, and launched the application. The system supports full customization of the dashboard layout, enabling users to optimize their workflow. Currently growing the platform with over 150 active users.
Map-based tool that tells entrepreneurs which business is missing in any neighborhood of Chihuahua. The hackathon win earned me a spot at Talent Land 2027.
Gap Analysis: Compares the businesses within a 1 km radius of any point against what similar neighborhoods typically contain.
Open Data: Combines INEGI DENUE business records, the 2020 Census, and the Geostatistical Framework to profile population, workers, and businesses per zone.
Interactive Map: MapLibre map where picking any point instantly answers "¿Qué negocio hace falta aquí?" with confidence-rated opportunities.

QueFalta won first place at INNOVATHON 2026, a 12-hour AI hackathon organized by INNOVA at Parque Tecnológico Orión in Chihuahua, earning me a spot to participate at Talent Land 2027, one of Latin America's largest tech events. The app answers a simple question for entrepreneurs: what business is needed here? By contrasting a location's local commerce with the typical composition of comparable neighborhoods, it highlights untapped market opportunities. I designed and built it solo during the event.
Public registry for Latin American journalists and activists to create cryptographically signed declarations anchored on Bitcoin.
Cryptographic Signatures: Ed25519 keypair derivation via BIP-39 12-word seed phrases for client-side signing.
Zero-Knowledge Storage: Client-side IPFS upload via Pinata. The backend never sees or stores the declaration text.
Blockchain Anchor: RFC 3161 timestamping and Bitcoin blockchain anchoring via OpenTimestamps for immutable proof.

Consta was built during the hack@latam hackathon (DEF/ACC track) in 72 hours. It provides a secure way to record dated, immutable statements. In the event of emergency, their words remain publicly verifiable. Designed with Express backend, Next.js frontend, Supabase/Railway deployment, and Bitcoin consensus anchoring.
An ambient micro-learning game that lives at the bottom of the screen, designed to help users acquire Japanese vocabulary naturally.
Ambient UX: Designed a minimalist UI designed to sit unobtrusively at the bottom of a user's desktop flow.
Spaced Repetition: Developed an interactive spaced repetition algorithm for active vocabulary retention.
Hackathon Recognition: Awarded 2nd place overall out of numerous entries for innovative UX and gamification.

One More Word reinvents desktop vocabulary acquisition. By taking up a small, elegant strip at the bottom of the screen, it keeps learning continuous and non-intrusive. Conceived, designed, and deployed within a hackathon timeframe, winning 2nd place.
Deployed as a dockerized static site using Azure Storage, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and aesthetics.
Infrastructure as Code: Architected Azure resources using Bicep templates, ensuring reproducible and error-free infrastructure deployment.
